After office hours you'll find Fran working as coach/administrator of Mt. Laurel Travel Basketball. The Philadelphia Eagles have an ardent fan in this season ticket holder, and he shares his enthusiasms with his wife Kathleen and kids, Sean, Kyle and Shannon.
